I. Warranty Period (Commencing from the Date of Delivery)

a.Lifetime Warranty

The carbon fiber frameset and fork of the INCOLOR brand (including INTROPY) enjoy a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, valid upon presentation of proof of purchase

b.Five-Year Warranty

The warranty coverage extends to the following components for a period of five years: AEROWAV aerodynamic/gravel cockpit, RC-1 carbon saddles, SKYPIVOT cranksets, chainrings, spiders, AEROWAV wheelsets, computer mounts, ZONEY cassettes, titanium brake mounts, and all metal hardware included in the frameset.

c.Exclusions from Warranty

Consumables and parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered. These include water bottles, bottle cages, bar tape, rim tapes, wheel bearings, frame bolts, and other installation screws and seals.

*Note on Replacement: If a part is repaired, it retains the remaining warranty period of the original component. If a part is replaced with a new one, the warranty period restarts from the date of replacement, equivalent to the warranty of a new bicycle.

II. Scope of Warranty and Service Principles

Defects in Normal Use

For functional impairments or aesthetic defects arising from quality or design issues during normal use, we commit to providing free repairs or replacements. The specific solution will be determined by our after-sales department following an assessment.

Repair or Replacement Service

We understand that equipment failure can be disruptive. We pledge to respond to your claims immediately, with priority shipping for after-sales orders. Please note that specific fulfillment times depend on objective conditions; contact customer service for details.

Principle of Replacement

We will provide repair or replacement services for eligible components based on customer needs. For instance, if a crankset fails due to quality issues, we will replace or repair the crankset specifically, rather than the entire bicycle (excluding unaffected parts like the frame or saddle).

Discontinued Models

In the event a bicycle model is discontinued, we will strive to maintain inventory for after-sales support. If specific parts are unavailable, we will provide a reasonable replacement with a comparable new component of equivalent grade.

Recall of Defective Products

We are committed to user safety. Should a design flaw be identified, we will recall all affected bicycles to prevent further market distribution. All recalled units will undergo rigorous analysis to prevent recurrence of the issue.

Shipping and Freight

Shipping costs incurred due to quality issues will be borne by INCOLOR Official (applicable within Mainland China).

III. Exclusions from Warranty

• Paint and Finish: Wear, corrosion, or damage to the paint or finish during normal use; paint damage caused by protective film application.

 

• Accidents and Misuse: Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, abuse, negligence, or improper use, including but not limited to crashes, drops, improper storage, or stunt riding.

 

• Carbon Fiber Aesthetics: Bicycles with raw carbon finishes naturally exhibit carbon weave patterns. These patterns are inherent material attributes and do not constitute scratches or quality defects. If you have concerns regarding the carbon finish, please notify your dealer or INCOLOR immediately upon receipt. Replacements are subject to the condition that the bicycle remains in new condition; units showing signs of use that affect resale cannot be exchanged.

 

• Improper Assembly: Failures or damages resulting from failure to follow assembly instructions, improper adjustment or installation of parts, or non-compliance with usage specifications.
  

• Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable forces.
